Ok, moved the rock to shade the nem. Basically the nem cannon principal, use light to make it move, but without the cannon part.

Just did it so we'll see if it works.

I found a rounded end chopstick works well. Massage the edge of the foot till it starts letting go, revealing the bottom of the foot, then just keep massaging the bottom of the foot till it lets go completely. Takes me about 20 min usually. They don't tip for my services :-(

I remember those humid days 95 and 100% humidity in mass was horrible but there's something about 110 and 27% that tells you your not safe if you stick around in it lol. It's all bad lol

I bet I could field this one... the answer is 'maybe'. Wood almost never requires coolant, but plastics might when cutting high speed cnc. RPM, cut size and depth, and travel speed matter more with plastics as well. As long as the cutter head and bed are sufficient, the tooling is appropriate, or indeed available, and cooling can be added, it may work.

Of course if the plastic in question is a softer plastic like hdpe, delrin, or nylon, any woodcutting cnc will do fine, those plastics are designed to be an 'any tool, anywhere' solution.
