Have you considered tslot aluminium for the stand? They're on my list.
Really it's a matter of if Matt wants to deal with building the stand right away or not.
It's going right in the entry way of the house as a room divider and this dude is all about aesthetics lol. I know whatever we do needs to either blend into the bar nicely or be a perfect match.Have you considered tslot aluminium for the stand?
I know the feeling. If you had any ? About it let me know. I really love mine. It's going right in the entry way of the house as a room divider and this dude is all about aesthetics lol. I know whatever we do needs to either blend into the bar nicely or be a perfect match.

No ,Never, not you Nate...I saw you mentioned that. What happened I missed something....
Mine matches my bar but I plan to sell my bar and build one into my tank and stand.. that’s the next project when work let’s up a little bit.. this side will have a “ L “ shape bar top down this side of the tank and out a couple feet. I don’t have any good pictures or recent ones but the cube is gone obviously.. the bar top will be flush with bottom of the tank and wrap around and create a little sitting area on that side.. my set up now looks just like the last picture but the cube has been replaced with the big pen…It's going right in the entry way of the house as a room divider and this dude is all about aesthetics lol. But, are corals looking happy?I know, you run a lot like me. But I still value your opinion!
Just the Gonis and one Alveopora seem a little sad. I lost a Mille to RTN two or three weeks ago as well. LPS over all seem to o be loving life but the torch has his cranky days. Two or 3 Milles are really basing out, 1 more is growing and branching some, but the rest just sit there with no PE but good flesh and good color. In fact, one Tenuis fell in my torch the other day, lost a branch but that branch is almost fully healed after 4 days so I'd guess it's doing good even though it has little PE? Leptos are encrusting, Porites is good, BTAs are full and bubbly...But, are corals looking happy?
We are going to have gains and losses when it comes to settling in frags. You know that.Just the Gonis and one Alveopora seem a little sad. I lost a Mille to RTN two or three weeks ago as well. Any nippers in the tank such as a coral beauty etc? Polyp extension isn’t really a sign of healthy Sps.. I have some that are super fluffy and others don’t show a single hair but grow well.. check at night time if they’re extending or not and that will give you a better idea. If they don’t extend at night it could be an issue.. to be honest I never saw day time polyp extension till I started feeding reef roids during the day. From the sounds of it your tank is doing fine..Just the Gonis and one Alveopora seem a little sad. I lost a Mille to RTN two or three weeks ago as well.
