Right on I do get heavier blues during ramping hours and it is nice to look at. I'm not running any kind of fancy schedule here. All im doing is running the brs reccomended settings for my particular light with 2 actinic t5 pop on during peak hours.

Rock peices and superglue. Otherwise I just wedged stuff in and hoped it grew onto the rocks.Uhh yeah ,me too...

My method to this day
I've tried it and never found the benefit. You still have to let the glue tack and hold.
I'm rolling snake eyes ATM, may be best to walk away for a little while...
