Im not that upset... lol

It's more annoying finding a replacement piece. I do know someone who does stained glass maybe she can help .

A drag removing the panel, new panel, drilling that , siliconing that. lol

what happens when you have water in the hole and it cracks, its all on the ground lol.

Water sitting in the template hole is not nearly enough. Drilling with hobby grade tools essentially requires the steady flow from a hose. The correct amount of water while drilling would have completely saturated that 2x6 for a day or two
