I thought I was all better yesterday heading into bed early for another long night of sleep. I even set my alarm to go for a jog in the morning. Alarm went off I had zero energy. Ended up feeling AWFUL again by the time I dropped off kids and headed into work. It's frustrating.. rant over ;)

Question on the gate valve... is the gate plastic or metal? I seen a metal screw... so, im curious.
