For all those wanting to ship macro, you do not need to overnight it.

Just a cheap ice pack taped to box, macro in bag of water with 0 air in it, and some foam or bubble packs around it and it can go 3 day without issue. Even in hot weather. I would suggest a larger box than needed, to allow for more airspace to act as insulation. For example, quart zip lock bag in a 12"x12"x12" box is perfect. Doesn't cost much to ship it that way either.

Valium helps a lot with cluster/tension headaches for me once they're bad enough that I just need to be knocked out.

Nope, hard pass, made me so sick. It was not worth it for me. Also, most things that make other people drowsy, do the opposite for me.

Update: display drained 100% yesterday. Fish moved in overnight tank. Corals lived in sump overnight with a powerhead for flow. At an appt then I pack the corals, drain the sump, and unscrew the plumbing.... Then a full day of moving the tank and setting it back up.

I hurt already.

Unless its a cluster.... at the beginning it can be cured with pure oxygen. If it's allowed to settle in... ouch...

I used Sumatriptan for mine. Cluster headaches were terrible. Remission for 2 years now. May they never return.

I had several clusters. I learned how to spot symptoms and how to stop it from setteling.

Pain growing in one eye, retreat to dark cold place - sleep. Take deeper breathes. Of course we all can't do that. And everyone is different. Just gotta get into that ER or nab someones oxygen bottle....

Me too - benadryl makes me wired. But for some reason this works on the rare occasion I need it.

Already spilled the beans somewhat, No new big tank, everything is moving ,switching floors,
big tanks on up 1st floor ,tubs ,sumps ,rock tubs, pool table ,wood burner in basement...
The rock arrives next Thurs,with a couple of large tubs...
