Came home to complete destruction in the tank rock work everywhere. I dont know what happened wife has no idea....just a complete mess...... Acros all over....things being crushed like trachy and lobos.... and some free frags from things broke off of acros....hammers ticked and things laying on em some torch's with broken acro in em..... did a slap together scape to get things back somewhat where they needed to be and going to have to redo the scape really frustrated right now but i hope everyone has a good night im calling it a day and hope to have a better tomorrow....good night everyone officially not in the mood....but want everyone to know i hope you all had a fantastic day and great night. Im pretty sure it was a lot better then mine.

Either dogs or kids....kids wont own it but dogs are never by the tank so i honestly dont know at this point came home from work to it with the wife saying she didnt know what to do. She atleast grabbed what she could and put them by themselves to avoid any damage til i could get home.I had to get everything out i could and into the sump in seperate areas. Rebuild whole entire rock structure took from 500 til 930 just to get it somewhat staged for lights per specific coral. We will see what it looks like tomorrow im hoping for the best. Still not the way i need it but will have to do for now til i can rebuild this weekend some things will need to be readjusted and changed. A better scape for the needs of the tank. Everything on the left will be in the howler box and sump on sat. When i redo the scape...smh good night everyone and thanks for the positive vibes....

I've had my torch fall onto my Blastos and they survived. I've had Acros fall into my torch and they survived. I've had my Bower "eat" - or at least attempt to eat - several corals and they survived.

You may not have 100% survival, but you've got this! You've got an opportunity to rebuild and rescape the way you want it.

Looks like R2R deleted my NY Napping thread. It is a shame. It was a lot of work and I really enjoyed sharing it. I even shared it with several folks outside of the site. Seemed to have a good reception too which made me kind of proud.

(This was from the first time it happened when permissions to the group were removed and some people could view it, others could not)

So sorry to hear this. I’m glad a falling rock didn’t crack the tank.
