I've used more but my tank runs fairly clean... I was cleaning my socks every two to three weeks...

My tank came with nylon socks and I hate them lol.. they clog up fast! My skimmer can handle all the work.. I normally clean them like every 2 weeks but they overflow after like 3 days.. just gonna remove them this weekend when I do a water change

I had my library print a couple of sock replacements baskets. I run pillow stuffing now.

Works pretty good if I do say so myself.

All will go into the 180g with a lg and sm clown, springerii damsel and some other weird peaceful damsel (regal Demoiselle). if i cant make up my mind on a couple of the small ones i may get both and put them in the 40.

I love my long nose hawk fish pair. Lights are ramping down so it’s really blue now.
