I’m still here whether you like me or notWhen I first joined , welcomed "tried" to get all new members, great way to meet / hook up different people
Still do, not as much , but met some really close friends ,
Never really had an official "hello" thread myself, there were a couple of threads I started ,one was tagged that way
But... the great thing is the friends that were there 3+ yrs ago , 3/4+ still talk to on a regular basis
whether here or not...

I find that hard to believe, given I have one. I doubt that’s how it went down. I think it’s just pure numbers, like you have to make sure you hit every single welcome thread for awhile. Doing just the ones you happen to see, isn’t enough. I’m not sure how it works now but when I was a mod on here years ago we “the mods” had a few forums we watched and tended to and if there was a problem reported we would all get a notification and tend to it… from what I see there is less mods now and they’re not as interactive but def around because of I say hello to a newb my notifications blow up and it’s staff members.. that’s a good thing if you ask me thou because the site is running smooth if they don’t need all them chiefs haha!
