though i think imma get a second yellow fox face because i need something yellow, and the other is nice and gentleI hear some people cuddle them with their hands. Risk I won’t take though if I get one.

Were they eating for you in the box?Oh… the drip line earlier…
Their bellies were very sunken in when they showed up so I did not leave in the acclimation box long. Wanted them to get into the rocks and start hunting pods…they are moving about and exploring so that is a good sign…fingers crossed they plump up soon.
I hope it works out. I think my last pairing, the male was too close to the size of the female. She was maybe an eighth inch shorter, and killed him.Hoping they become a pair
When you grab the light, remember to give you a 4-in, 90° elbow. When you mount the snail fan and carbon filter, the 90 helps it a swirl air through the plant. It should help thicken up that stalk some also.Spring Has Sprung, And I Smell the Flowers Baby!Come On Beastie BloomZ!
For sure! I’ll see you later today….When you grab the light, remember to give you a 4-in, 90° elbow. When you mount the snail fan and carbon filter, the 90 helps it a swirl air through the plant. It should help thicken up that stalk some also.
I shot a small amount of artic pods in and they went for them… I could not tell if they actually ate them or not… the female seemed to be a little more lethargic than the male, so I’m more concerned with it not making it…Were they eating for you in the box?
Or maybe he said something he shouldn’t have said.I hope it works out. I think my last pairing, the male was too close to the size of the female. She was maybe an eighth inch shorter, and killed him.
Good morning all...

No I phone ,have android phone, have them on ,on phone but do not use for r2rIf you have an iphone push notifications are not supported and this is because apple IOS doesn't allow it unless it's through an actual app which R2R isn't....yet anyway. If you look at this option on your iphone it will show that it "is not supported" but if you look at it on your laptop or PC it will allow you to enable or disable it. That's because push notifications to your browser is supported. But again it will not work via an iphone. Android devices will work. So you can have the notifications on your computer or android device, but NOT on your iphone. Hope this helps!
Sadly, I doubt she will recover if not eating pellets. I had one shipped with severe sunken belly. No amount of pods helped and she passed in 3 days.I shot a small amount of artic pods in and they went for them… I could not tell if they actually ate them or not… the female seemed to be a little more lethargic than the male, so I’m more concerned with it not making it…
I'd say it's a little early to make that call. I've had a lot of fish, mandarins included come in looking very skinny from a long period of travel.Sadly, I doubt she will recover if not eating pellets. I had one shipped with severe sunken belly. No amount of pods helped and she passed in 3 days.
I like to use @Paul B feeder he came up with for pod eating fish that do not look so great. It works wonders and makes it "easier" to "hunt". By that I mean they still have to peck and such, but in a small area. Keeps it a little more natural until they settle in and fatten up.I'd say it's a little early to make that call. With wild caught adults, not eating pellets immediately is almost guarantee. They have no idea what it is. Mysis and Brine are usually the first things they will take to.
