If you need to, just position a powerhead so it blows the tentacles downstream of any nearby coral :)
I think it's far enough off, but I'll keep that in mind - thanks.

Probably of bigger importance after the move - if it keeps doing well and grows I'll give it an island in the peninsula or something.

I'd recommend putting near a corner... That way you only have to worry about it stinging stuff in one direction.
(Not like all the way in the corner, just in a spot where other coral is only on one side of it :) )

Yeah it's in a corner now.

At this rate the move is never happening anyway.

Tonight was clean the rear overflow night and actually wasnt to bad repositioned return nozzles. Fed the tank and did a return line clean out.....sump clean out this weekend and skimmer clean.....water change during that process....looking forward to it really...

Tonight was clean the rear overflow night and actually wasnt to bad repositioned return nozzles. Fed the tank and did a return line clean out.....sump clean out this weekend and skimmer clean.....water change during that process....looking forward to it really...

Tonight was clean the rear overflow night and actually wasnt to bad repositioned return nozzles. Fed the tank and did a return line clean out.....sump clean out this weekend and skimmer clean.....water change during that process....looking forward to it really...

I support not cleaning. Currently dumping my skimmer back into the tank and I have a rotting shrimp in my sump named Felix just to see if MOAR decomposition is MOAR better.

Every month or two, I do a slow stir in the sump with a metal litter box strainer and let all that"gunk " into the water column and the coral look Amazing for a few days ..

Agree... I do the same... well not with a cat s h I t thingy... but I stir it good...
