I keep looking for the lyre tails. I haven't seen any for sale on LA, pete's, salty, bluezoo. There were a few others I looked at. Bluezoo did have them last time I asked you, whenever that was. I should have gotten them then. I was skeptical of getting them. But I ordered a cbb from them. Go figure? Anyhow, I am on waiting list.I have five of different sizes in my 150.
been there from early on.
two have become a bonded pair.
haven't had any issues with any of them.
T5 always grew coralline well. Leds I have, never did a good job there.guess i should have listened to grandpa Steve... 10 min every few days or 3 hrs "facepalm emoji here"
coralline has taken hold Again...
Oi, that's no good. Was that the only point of failure you could see?Walked into the natures select petstore here.... I will never go back. There was a tuxedo urchin in one of the tanks I am sure was dead and not 1 single spine left. I left. I am livid.
Algae/aiptasia red slime everywhere. Not the only point of failure. LPS receding. Thin fish, torn up scopas tang. Not a lot of fish in today.Oi, that's no good. Was that the only point of failure you could see?
I hate to play devil's advocate but sometimes that is just not completely indicative of bad husbandry. The state of live animals coming through the supply line is pretty terrible.
I was at my LFS last weekend when they were unbagging. Out of probably 25 bags, There was six to eight fish that didn't even make the hour-long trip from the LA's wholesalers to the shop.

These fish have already been offloaded at the wholesaler, and we're in holding tanks for days. My guy goes and hand selects fish, bags and drives them to the shop. Imo a fish should be able to last 2 hours in a bag. Many seem not to be able to any more.somebody's not moving fast enough somewhere.
them fish need to come off direct flight ,and opened asahp.
same fish to Chicago as LA NY FL, 2hrs longer flight ,never seen 25% loss.
