My new anemone has placed itself in the middle of my firework clove polyp patch. Will it be ok?

So I bought an anemone the other day, a pink one. The guy at my LFS said it could take a few days before it finds a spot where it’s happy. This morning I woke up and it’s smack dab in the middle of my firework clove polyp patch, is it ok there or is it getting stung? I assume if it wasn’t happy it would move? Thanks for your help in advance.

I would try to pick it up with gloves on and move it if you can and it hasn't footed down. Best not to risk damage to either the clove polyps or the anemone.

You don’t have to worry about the anemone, if anything it will sting the clove polyps and cause them to retract but it probly won’t , I’ve had my BTA live in Xenia with both showing no issue

I wouldn't get hands on with a new anemone. They are a pain to acclimate and any help from you will just add stress.

Thanks guys for the replies. I’ll leave it for now and see how things go over the next few days.
