Suppose it could be the light. I’ve been doing some adjustments to that. Less white and red/green and longer duration low level blues at night. Seems to be helping general coral happiness but most of the pics seen are carefully orchestrated and set up. I still think they’re pretty tho. As you can see in this pic they’ve gotten even more orange in the short time they’ve been in the tank.My Tiffany rim acan from ~year ago turned entirely red. Not sure what the driver was--maybe weak lighting (at the time ran a Fluval led). Still looks great, but missing that teal rim!
Yeah, I’ve got mine at the bottom on the sand for the moment. I’ll probably put it about where that Acan mini colony I’ve is as far as heightI've got some Blue Rim Acans. The stock photo shows a lot of blue:
They're mostly red in my tank. Some of the green and blue shows but nothing like this picture. I run pretty intense blue but not a ton of PAR that I'm aware of. It sits in the middle of my tank as far as height goes.
Here’s better pics I think. You may very well be right about Cyphastrea. Plus a good shot of my new BTA. It’s nothing like yours but I love the bright green color.Hey, get me a better picture of that freebie if you can. It doesn't look like a Psammy from the picture. Maybe a Cyphastrea or Favites?

Consensus is Cyphastrea then. Part of the problem I had with id when I first got it in the tank was that its already fairly flat body was somewhat withdrawn and didn’t notice the polyps. With the help from that pic you’ve shown it’s obvious that it’s a CyphastreaMight that be a cyphastrea?

Mine was hiding way back in the shadows for a day. My RFA disappeared for over a month.Well my bta decided to wander when the lights went off. When I looked in the tank this morning before work it was nowhere to be seen, even when the blues were briefly turned on. Hopefully I’ll see it when I get home tonight.
Yeah color excepted, it being bright green , it’s probably the oneJust ran across this one in the other LPS section of AquaSD, which looks like your freebie:
