I'm having a real hard time identifying what exactly is going on with that monti. Is it actually sort of bubbling up/growing something? When I've lost monti cap's in the past, they just shed their skin are are bone white. This looks more like an infection or something. Look closely and see if you can identify any worm-like creatures near the affected areas, montipora eating nudibranchs are a thing. Take some more clear photos in white light if possible too. I would strongly consider fragging off some unaffected chunks and tossing any affected tissue but it would be nice to know what we are dealing with first.

I was thinking bleach and not necrosis, idk If they are the same thing but yes, the tank is rather new 7-8 months and I just stocked a heavy amount of corals a week ago. I miss typed, i meant frag, does smth like this is it possible it works out and heals itself since it’s in shock?
Bleaching would mean you can still clearly see the polyps (though they are small) - and should be white. Its interesting that yours are so dark...
