Lights installed, plumbing done- super simple, and QT done. As for the back of the sump, does this look right for ATO probe placement? Anyone see anything they'd change?

Unfortunately until I get another heater it will be going in the tank, cord is too short and heater too long for sump.. I'll move the temp probe to the tank also until I buy two smaller neotherms.. critique please!

Thanks! I just don't feel right about the ATO sensor for some reason. Doesn't seem like there's any room in the return section for even half inch of water loss.

Well that's hard to tell from that angle but if u don't like it now is the time to change it.

Ok. So anyone know how to get to the Apex 2016 Local Dashboard? I can't seem to load it no matter what I try. I've tried http://192.168.1.50, I've tried http://apex.local... there are so many posts on the Neptune forum that I can't find anything related to the 2016, they all have information on how to do it with the neptune display which the 2016 doesn't have. Very frustrating..

Wow...not sure how I missed this one when you're so close. I'm just down 41 from you in Naples. Tank looks great. Just wanted to sign up to follow along.

Have you checked out the local club?

How is the tank coming ?

I put the rock in today and I don't really like my scape so I may change it. It's too ""low" for my taste but maybe I'll grow to like it. Seems to be too much room above it, but I also figure maybe the fish will enjoy that. I should have it full tomorrow and will post pictures! Very excited... got the apex finally working and have the house all torn up haha. Need to find a few power heads soon. Hanks for asking!!

So as we're making the water and filling this thing up, I started hating how I did the rock. I only used 50# because I wanted more of a flat look. I have since moved 2 rocks and absolutely love the difference it made. I'll share those pictures of aquascape once i'm filled up and running to clean up the water.

So the first night went well. Slimmer still goes crazy so it's off. Even dialed all the way down, fills cup within a minute. I'm going to give the tank a few days then try it next Saturday.

Things were starting to look up, but now I've noticed a small amount of water backing up from the sump into the drain pipe, so there's water standing on top of the sump... ugh it never ends!

Looks awesome im getting ready to build one also only mine has a corner overflow. You should put your heater either in the overflow box or down in your sump. Mone has the extra return bulk head also and thats where my heater went. Keeps it out of site.. [emoji16]
