Lou Malnati's or Giordano's or.... What's your deep dish pizza preference?

Which is better?

I'm from Chicago and grew up next to Lou Malnati's, you can buy them online frozen, just had some yesterday--sent to me by my niece--a Chicago cop.

Here are my favorites and not tourist spots:

For deep dish try Nancy's

For thin crust try Marie's

Thank you for the input! I will definitely look into them! I still got time to choose!

Another vote for Gino’s East. It’s a good experience and the pizza is great. You can’t go wrong with any of those joints. I’ve been making my own deep dish here in California. My recipe is based on Lou’s and comes pretty close.

This ought to turn out like the to qt or don't qt threads. Or halide versus led vs t5, lol:)

I vote Lou's! All day. Every day. But I'm most likely biased.

On another note;
Village Pizza in Carpentersville has the best thin crust around!

Can't wait! This show is pretty much in my backyard;)

I couldn't agree more. The only Hawaiian pizza I will touch is from Village Pizza.

We have IMO's here in the Saint Louis area. It's a thin crust pizza. It's changed over the years and in my culinary opinion, it's just not as good as it was.

As a transplant to St Louis, IMOs is bad and you should feel bad. :p Seriously, a saltine with plastic cheese.

Giordano's is good and likely easier to get.
