Lou Malnati's or Giordano's or.... What's your deep dish pizza preference?

Which is better?

Heading to Chicago for RAP. Deep dish pizza is a must to try.

Which one is better? Or what's your preference? Tell us why!

Thanks for the response so far! Been watching YouTube videos on each place!

Chicago reefers, what your choice?

Pequod’s

I've heard very good things about them!

I'm a Gino's East guy.
I briefly attended UIC and Gino's East was my place of choice.
I'll be at Reefapalooza and plan on stopping in, for sure.

Gino's too!

We have IMO's here in the Saint Louis area. It's a thin crust pizza. It's changed over the years and in my culinary opinion, it's just not as good as it was.

Truth be told......a lot of the pizza around here is just great. You can find it all from paper thin to deep dish to traditional crust. Just about any kind you like. But the one thing for sure is NO PIneapple!

I've heard that's like putting ketchup on a dog up there! ;Dead

I'm from Chicago and grew up next to Lou Malnati's, you can buy them online frozen, just had some yesterday--sent to me by my niece--a Chicago cop.

Here are my favorites and not tourist spots:

For deep dish try Nancy's

For thin crust try Marie's
