About a year ago, Ashley had an idea for a completely new product line. It's related to what we do, but is something totally different than what you might expect. At the time we simply didn't have the space, then by the time we moved into the shop we had completely forgotten about it.

Driving back from Aqua Fest in March, we remembered our big idea and got to work. Now the time is almost here for the big reveal. What will it be??

Why add copepods to your tank?

- They feed your fish and coral, particularly your finicky feeders like mandarins, pipefish, and anthias.

- They eat detritus, with their tiny size they can easily get into the tiny cracks and crevices in your rock.

- They are great at fighting nuisance algae, and significantly mitigate the "ugly phase" that new saltwater tanks usually get.

- They are *part* of the solution to some dino outbreaks. Combining copepods with phyto and other treatments can help with several of the different species of dinoflagelletes.
