Lighting mounting help

I recently bought a used tank setup and was told everything was included. there is a bar that is over the tank and used to support the lights. The problem is, the mounts weren’t included, and the seller isn’t much help. If there’s any possible solutions or universal mounts that can help me set it up, i’d really appreciate it.

I would get that, the only problem is that included with the tank was a pole to hang it from there.
