Light spectrum and intensity recommendation for photosynthetic gorgonians.

Hello,

I am setting up Caribbean Shallow Lagoon Gorgonian Forest Tank. It’s 30L Innovative Marine AIO ( 36”L 15”W 12”H). Live Rock and sand from Tampa Bay is already there. It’s supposed to be mostly Photosynthetic Gorgonian Forest, no SPS or LPS.

I am looking for recommendations for light spectrum and intensity, together with recommendation which brand and model would best fit those requirements and size of the tank.
