Want to run a 4G shroom tank (magic carpet, candy crush, and jawbreakers)

Tank Dimensions are 12in x 12in x 6.5in

What light do y'all recommend that won't be too strong for this tank?

This would be perfect, can handle sps up to 12x12. So you run at 40-60% or whatever works best.

I use it on my pico and it’s handling torch, favia, mushrooms, etc

Spectrum important too!
If you want more pics of the pico v2, I have a build thread on it

I couldn’t find much examples of them when I was setting this up, but I’m very happy with them! Built in timer also, I think 8, 10, and 12 hour presets for on / off

Tank is 6” tall

Let’s see if this makes sense

——— light
4.5”
——— tank lid
1”
——— water surface
5”
——— bottom of tank

I have a par meter but honestly the tank is so small and once you add in rock, there is little room to use the sensor. I should have tested before I did the aquascape, but I went from empty new tank to water, rock and corals in a few hours. Whole tank came out of the box late afternoon, was setup and running with corals by evening and I forgot to take par readings.

There’s two channels on the light,
A - whites / violet / cool blue
B - royal blue

Each one has 10 levels

I run A on 3 or 4, and B on 7

They turn on by themselves, stay on for 12 hours and turn off by themself. Repeat daily automatically

I have a Noopsyche K7 Mini with WiFi control and feel it's perfect for a nano you want to be able to adjust wavelengths, set an automatic timer with your phone, and want something with a little more power than necessary that you can always lower to fit your needs. I use mine for a 5 gallon. If you have any questions feel free to ask. They're not overly expensive either!

I was just looking into this light actually. Seems like a good fit like you say. I mainly want to put high end shrooms in there. Just due to my main display tank is too high flow for shrooms. They would have to go i nthe very corners of my tank.
