Some of the Polyps from my Sinularia. This and my Kenya are certainly my favourites in the 4’ tank.

They look great! Thanks for showing them.

How do you take such good photos? Is the reef light off? Just using white light? My photos look like something from a different planet -- the blue light moonscape.
I use a filter to filter out the blue light and some of the white but also I keep my reef on mainly whites throughout the day :)
Most of my photos except the odd one or two of this tank will have been or will be taken later in the day, during the white light period when the whites are at or around their peak.
I also get close ups like this of the polyps by zooming in close or having the coral being closer to the glass.

Where do you get your livestock? I'm trying to fill my tank with mostly softies :)
Being in the UK has its pros as most of the stores over here sell Softies however it’s unfortunate that most of them don’t actually sell SPS.
However, if you have a nearby LFS that sells Softies then it’s really just a waiting game. My LFS gets in some beautiful leathers (and I wish I had come home with 3-4 of the ones that were there with the Neon Lobophytum) however they don’t get in a restock that often so when I see a nice leather I take it. I’ve had too many times when I’ve seen a nice leather, leave it a week and go back to find it’s gone.

Out of curiosity, do you guys just find your leathers from walking into an LFS one day and finding it? Or do you plan it out a bit better?

Would love to see what type of leathers you are keeping . I had A neon Sinularia years ago and have heard that they don't harvest those anymore is that true ? Would love to see some Neon Sinularia miss that coral they look so cool when extended.
