Leathers not opening and green finger leather shrinking

What can I do to make this green mushroom leather open .....and why won't this finger leather grow its shrunk away to nothing

hardly being dismissive but lots of variables cause this ,it’s common and usually it’s temporary…assuming a actual priority issue, .sometimes a simple water change will fix it….
tank parameters info helps
edit add: tank looks fine up close, nothing jumps out

edit add: tank looks fine up close, nothing jumps out
My nitrate was high along with phosphate I ran out of micro bacter 7 and was told fritz zyme 9 was better .....be honest how much worse did I make this algae start up ....its 5 days in I notice green dust on the glass and a light fuz on rocks

The big leather opens and contracts but no polyps and the toaststool does nothing and the finger leather was a good size and has shrank to a small green bump on the frag plug
Any way its been about a month since I've seen polyps on either

I hate to say do little/nothing especially if something is wrong but I’ve had leathered look unhappy for weeks until a water change or some environmental change wakes them up …. wish I had specifics but other than some trace deficiency I can only speculate…

as for nitrate/phosphate/water quality issues; usually the hard corals would show stress signs first .., I don’t see that in your picture

mine reacted badly to large water changes. i tried someone's approach, and only do 2 gallons a week. it loves it. tank is 45
