That is 1.25” pond tubing. I built a 35’ stream in my backyard last year so I had it left over. Not sure I would use it indoors as it is tough to get a watertight seal with it. For ponds and streams that isn’t really a concern or for testing a sump outside lol) so it works great as it is really flexible and holds up well outside. That looks like some pretty flexible pipe. What size was that and what brand out of curiosity? I have mostly seen, or used, the spa flex which is difficult to work with on anything over 1". I've been toying with finding something that would fit 1 1/2.

Who made your sump? Dimensions? Sorry if I missed it....Tested the sump today it can handle the Vectra L2 at 100% with no issue so around 3000 gph. I don’t plan on running that much through it so I’m pretty happy with my design.
I know it is overkill for the light rack but I decided to add a 5/16” eye bolt drilled through a support beam with a washer and nut on the other side in the attic and then added a heavy turnbuckle.
Aquatica in Calley City Ohio made it for me. The dimensions are 24” x 60” x 16” tall.Who made your sump? Dimensions? Sorry if I missed it....
Thanks for the recommendation, the rest of the first floor is LVP (around 1200’) so I’m putting it under the tank as well. I know the feet may damage it (I plan on putting small squares of LVP under each foot to spread the load a bit) but having a continuous waterproof floor outweighed putting tile in just that spot or even nothing at all.Beautiful tank! Digging the closed loop on the other end so you don't have massive flow issues or need big powerheads to push water back.
Are you going with LVP on the floor? If you on a concrete slab, I would highly recommend going with tile or stone. Much stronger than LVP.
Thanks, lots of measure once and cut twice. Even with that there are a couple extra couplers where I messed up lolProfessional quality plumbing right there.
