I dosed about 10 drops of Lan Chlo as Blue Life RX directly to my DT tank to chase my number down to around 0.1

Over the course of 6-8 weeks it started a MELT of 12 strains of zoas and lost about $1000 worth of replacement value

I blame it on accumulating Lanth Phosphates forming and settling out in the DT. Then consumed by zoas that cause them to melt (?). My THEORY....

I NOW use Lan Chloride only in the sump where the exchange of chloride to Phosphate chemically can be collected thru a filter sock

LOSS OF LPS CORAL IF LANTH PHOS IS FLOATING AROUND THE SYSTEM
I do not doubt your experience. I believe that your account of what happened did happen.
I do not think that 10 drops of Blue Life RX was the root cause of your zoa issues 6-8 weeks later.
You did not specify but I will assume the "worst case" scenario here where you dosed 10 drops (0.5ml) every day for 8 weeks straight.
That is 560 drops or 28ml over 8 weeks.
I do not know what your water volume is. But let's say that it is 10 gallons or 37854.1ml.
Let's add 28ml of Lanthinum Chloride to that.
37854.1ml + 28ml = 37882.1ml total water volume.
So that is 99.92608646% artificial sea water and 0.0007391354% LaCl.
This is assuming you were dosing into a 10 gallon display tank.
Again assuming the worst case scenario where none of the Lanthinum Chloride was bound up and 100% of it was free in the system to wreak havoc.
It doesn't add up to me and is not consistent with proper implementation of the product.

I've used Phosphat-E and Phosphate RX for several years directly into my skimmer neck. No ill effects, but I monitor po4 regul

Interesting findings, when mine are exactly the opposite. I have dosed 10ml undiluted, into my sump-120 gallon dp- several times-bringing PO down to 0.20- and after several hours, my euphyllia, zoas, leathers, etc. look better than ever.

I've used Phosphat-E and Phosphate RX for several years directly into my skimmer neck. No ill effects, but I monitor po4 regularly.
I tried dosing into my skimmer neck once but found it not as effective, as I thought it would reduce Lan precipitate floating around. I'll give it another try
