Hey guys, i have a question,

If you check the Red Sea recipe for growth they recommend a value of KH around 12 its too high no ?

bu my question is "is very necesary to put the value also high ?"

and is very effective ?

Thank's you

Higher alk and higher pH seem to lead to faster hard coral growth. Whether it is too high or not, I couldn’t say. I recommend 7-11 dKH.
oh okey i saw, but the nutrients must follow i think, look like high value 10-15 No3 and 0.10 PO4 ?

High alk accelerates skeletal growth, and if nutrients are not high enough, some corals can get burnt tips, perhaps from tissue growth not keeping up with the skeleton.
