Anyone know what these should be?

Been smooth sailing until today for a good while.

Alk is 0 recalibrated the probe got this?

Any ideas why it’s not reading a KH value?

OK I Did 5 testes all came back 0 :(

The calibration numbers are similar to mine 49312 and 27695..
1st thing I’d do is start a test and watch the ph electrode value, it should rise as sample water is added then fall during the test to 5ish.
I’m assuming all dosing pumps are calibrated correctly and working properly, did you flush and empty the cell?
Are you getting a measurement taking to long error message at all?

So what functionality do you lose by running this as a stand alone unit?
- some KH control modes are only possible with a ProfiLux (e.g. because it needs to switch a power outlet or to control another pH-probe)
- with the KHD integrated in your ProfiLux controller system you have all in one place, e.g. when controlling/accessing over GHL Connect

in regards to the measurement process itself are no differences

Ok I got it weirdest thing 8 tests all kh 0 9th it’s 8.1 so I’m back on track.

Sorry false alarm I don’t know what just happen their.

When I woke up my kh was 380457 some crazy long number.

I did 3 tests all 0 KH

Flushed cell and vented reagent or the other way around

Recalibrate the ph probe and still 0

Did 9 tests to get 8.1 all 8 showed kH 0

So who knows what just happened but seems to be back on track.

Thanks everyone

Thanks for the reply. With a stand alone KHD, what are your options as far as connecting to it and setting it up? I'm not really clear on the different ways to access it or the ProfiLux.

If I am understanding your question correctly... you need a Doser 2.1 to feed the Director. It can be either a Stand-alone work in conjunction with the Profilux. The Stand-alone Dosers and Profilux have wifi and Windows USB connection options so you can connect and setup via phone app, web interface, or software.

Thanks for the reply. That clears up part of my confusion. So with a SA Doser 2.1 connected to the KHD, I can connect to it either with a phone app (what's that called?) or via a web interface (this is different than the app interface correct?).

Correct.

For example, GHL Connect on my phone, myGHL on a web browser, or from the Windows software plugged in via USB.

How do you setup graphing? I see the current measured output but I would like to see its trends. Also my first 24hr I’m off by about 1 dkh. Is this normal?
Do you have the controller or just the standalone doser and director?
