My KHD has let out the magic smoke.... Hoping GHL can help me, but I think it's a total loss. There was water coming out, burnt electonics smell, and an unsettling high pitched noise. Fortunately my dose survived even though it was underneath the KHD.

@Dumaurier7 - no, I would not be worried. There is quite a few of us running these since product lunch without any issues

Agree to not worry. This is the first time I've heard of a problem along those lines. I'd be more concerned with making sure everything is very accurately calibrated and all the hose connections (especially to the reagent) are nice and tight. Bubbles are the enemy to accuracy.

No, I'm betting it was something I did, not a mfg failure.

I'm not sure where the water was coming from. It was wet under the KHD and on the floor below. It's possible it was the ph probe port, but I was pretty careful to tighten that.

Try the generate script token and choose KH on the drop down menu and then insert maybe on the copy and paste something was converted.

Tried it with the script insert for kh still a zero value. Wonder if it's related to my profile firmware being 7.16 instead of the latest.

Hey what’s up guys . Quick question do you have to have GHL controller to be able to remotely use KHD ? I have KHD one Master 2.1 and one slave 2.1 . I basically set it and left it . I’d like to be able to Run a test or check a KH Test while at work

You should be able to connect to the Master 2.1 via MyGHL to control the KHD.

Any idea, how I can get my date and time to synchronise on my KH Director it’s been drifting for months now, it doesn’t affect its accuracy, but really strange why the internal clocks are so different

In addition to my KHD being out of synch, which I know @Matthias Gross is looking into, I have just been looking at the graphs on my iPad and they are out of synch as well, they happen to align with the date shown for my KHD and not today’s date, so they are 13 days behind, are you seeing the same thing @Brew12 @Ditto ?

Oddly enough, my time stamp is now showing as correct in myGHL. I did know they were going to implement a fix on the next update. I'm not sure if my graph wasn't working before, but it is now. I do not use an iPad so not sure if that is a factor.

Thankyou, Matthias did say he was working on a fix, oddly all of the current values are correct, and match my touch exactly, they just graph as 13 days old...

I just looked at mine and they are graphed up today without any issues, are you running the latest version of the app on your iPhone?

I deleted the app yesterday and reinstalled it on both my iPad and iPhone and got exactly the same result on both of them 13 days old..

@Mortie31 - When you first log into the app on your device what the date and time showing? And what firmware and WiFi version you on? You may need to add the tiles. I assume today’s date
