I prefer the kessil due to its wider spectrum and better customization of the color. Red Sea's lights limit you to an extremely narrow blue peak and a very weak white. The downside of the kessil is obviously that you need to buy extra equipment to have the ramping and what not. Both will work, and both have strong shimmer.

I have not used the red sea reef leds myself. But i do know others that have, they didn't like that the light was only controllable via the app they said it could be clunky at times and other times it wouldn't load. but i do love my kessils and i would run a kessil on that sized tank. I personally run 2 a160's over a 200xl.
