Kessil H80 Tuna Flora vs Kessil H160 tuna flora

I had a Kessil H160 Tuna flora ona 75 gallon aquaiums refugium. It seemed like the Chaeto got larger overnight it grew so fast. I am running a Kessil H80 Tuna flora my refugium for my 180g. The lfs is using h80 on their fuges and it looks good. But I notice mine is not growing like the h160. Whats the difference between these two lights?

The h160 has a greater wattage (15w vs 40w).
