Yeah - was my dream fishCrazy how the color completely changes as they mature
My wife told me she saw the coolest clown fish at an LFS. I messaged them the picture she took to inquire about it. When they told me it was this I backed my way out of that conversation.Harlequin sweetlips:

I totally thought it was a clown when I first saw it too, would have made an interesting fluval 13.5 resident lolMy wife told me she saw the coolest clown fish at an LFS. i would imagine it's very similar to a wetmorella wrasse at that size in terms of personality, on my list of fish for a FOWLR.
Controversial but I definitely prefer the juvenile harlequin tusk.
I think both apply but I believe it was color they were looking for. I chose size thoughI’m confused on the question, are you asking which fish stayed small or asking about the juvenile colouring?
The replies are all mixed with ‘Colour’ and ‘Size’
Looks like a clown got friendly with a guppy! I agree looks good.I don’t mind the size however if a juvenile Scarus bicolour kept its colours until adulthood, it would be 5x higher on my must have list than it is now.
Not my photo.
