Where did u get themI’ve had these lights on my tank for a year now .. I have 3 over my 90g only mine are with WiFi .. I’ve also taken par readings (seneye reef )and they do have a hotspot right in the middle .. I was getting 600 par at the bottom middle of my spread ..and that wasn’t even on full .. I grow softies and a few sps and I heat good growth on everything .. for the money , they are well worth it . You could try pulling the lenses and that will also help with color blending and reduce the hot spot a little ..
I just bought a set of these from someone used. I know this post is ancient, but is there anyway you're still active and have the instructions on how to program these puppies still?
But I do get to say this bit of info though, they hung 4 inches over a churning bowl of saltwater switching on and off roughly every 12hrs for 5 years, and they still work great. One of the three pc 90mm ish cooling fans is near death but other than that all Leds light up bright, timers and dimmers work. They outlasted my tank so...For sale lol $60 + shippingThis thread is 5 years outdated. Check out SBreef Lights.
There are some YouTube videos that show people modifying them to use apex as a controller. Seems simple enough to do.Are there controllers for the 165w? I can't find any.
