No, the title is not "country fried chicken". It's Chicken Fried Chicken.

I think Country Fried Chicken is probably the best name for it though. You can keep the acronym, it makes more sense, plus it designates a name for that style of fried chicken. I get it, we don't call chicken tenders fried chicken because it's kind of its own thing. However, we also don't call chicken tenders chicken fried chicken even though it's boneless chicken breast that's deep fried. Country Fried Chicken gives CFC its own lane.

I think Texas Roadhouse is the only one that calls it that. I do agree also that it needs to be in it's own lane because gravy. And since it's country gravy, country fried gravy makes sense.
