Josh - you should consider yourself lucky that you got your money back at least. I'm reading stories of others who have not got their money back and are receiving no responses to phone calls/emails. The only way out for them is through a lengthy court battle I would imagine!

So now what do I do? imthe only one who ordered the Neo 105 so the tank is men if I want it but I have to order a stand from different maker, have a custom stand made or get completely different tank and stand. Any suggestions?

If I were you I'd be a little hesitant to go with the tank if you have any option to not take delivery of it. You never know what issues you might have with it with no warranty option now that they're out of business. I personally would fear for the quality as well with them being on the cusp of going out of business.

Then again, everyone whose owned those tanks speaks highly of them. So it's a tough situation to be in. You might end up with a perfect tank or you could not. For me, not worth the risk of you are willing to wait on another tank.

I'd be curious to see the pricing as well. I'm planning on a 150 gal setup for next year sometime. It will need to be a custom build due to the dimensions I like and the bean animal overflow that I want. It would be nice to have a ballpark figure so I know how much I need to be saving for the whole setup.

I'm not in the market right at this point but hope to be in the next year. I'm doing my homework on various suppliers and potential pricing and quality so I know how much to budget for it.
I would appreciate it if you are able to share the pricing information with me. Also, any background info on the manufacturer would be appreciated as well. Name, how long they've been around, quality, warranty info etc... Thanks in advance!
