Finally got a picture of mine! It's about 3 inches. It was half an inch when I first got it...super tiny! I feed it a lot and it has grown a lot considering I've only had it for less than a year.

Leslie, I was looking at that same toadstool. :D I have one already but thought about it for a min.
got my 1st order from them a cpl days ago.

I think I have an aussie bright neon polyops but with a pink/tank skin so prob. aussie. i'll post a pic just to keep the thread going and get an confirmation ID.

They look nice but grow incredibly fast. and they release a lot of chemicals when distressed. need heavy filtration to keep them especially in nanos.

I love it. It is one of my favs, I dont really care about all the "names" as long as it lives and is pretty! Lol

I remember several years ago there were two different color forms - bright glowing neon green and one that was a mint green. are both still around? would love to get me some as mine died many moons ago.

Either way I love this piece and can't wait for it to grow!

Its an American toadstool, but looks great!

$40 only know of 3 people in the city I live in that have one. I have it seen it open yet. I am told it will grow well though.

My true deep water Japanese came from cornbred direct about 12 months ago. Much different in growth compared to my Tyree toadstool.
Which do you prefer based on color and movement? How is growth different?
