this is why we inspect and dip!I found at least 10 of these….. I think it’s aiptaisa
I agree. Unacceptable.Instructions as per wwc says not to dip for at least 10-24 hours after adding corals to the reef… I took all the plugs off and dipped regardless of instructions and now have all corals in a 10gallon qt. All frags were very healthy and puffed up as soon as I put them in qt but some of these aiptaisa were huge. If they really inspected them b4 shipping there’s no way they would have missed these. I spent a lot of $ on these corals.
You did the right thing removing the plugs and dipping anyway.Instructions as per wwc says not to dip for at least 10-24 hours after adding corals to the reef… I took all the plugs off and dipped regardless of instructions and now have all corals in a 10gallon qt. Or at least be honest and come with free dip and better instructions. You did the right thing removing the plugs and dipping anyway.
But for being WWC, and the prices we pay for these pieces, they should not come with such an abundance of harmful pests.
My shipment is coming in today.
Luckily, I just got a new bottle of dip!
How can I group the pictures from my haul on the wwc web site?
