His valves aren't going to be set in this orientation so as long as the overflow isn't into the wall, there's room for the plumbing.

Just seems like if going to be really tight if you need to work on an issue under the overflow.. but I haven’t seen it in person so maybe it’s just the angle.
Oh no, you're correct, it does suck if you have to play with things under there, but it sucks more of they are on the back. Luckily, that part should be pretty set, and forget.

Honestly I'd take having it close to the wall on the side vs having it close to the wall on the back of the tank where there is 4' between the end of the tank, and access to the pipes from both ends.

I am lucky in that regard. With the sump run to the basement I can access the back from underneath or either side. But mine is also smaller so it's a bit more user friendly.
I wasn't trying to be snarky with the should thing. Sorry if it came off that way. :)

Homie, I'm allergic to being offended. I'm usually the "snarky" one. It was taken, as intended I believe.

What's your Becky nomenclature? Calling you Just Becky doesn't sound nice.

K thought so just wanted to make sure:)
That has yet to be determined. As of now nomenclature based on context. Just anything but the R name.

I'm the opposite.

You can call me by my full name.

You can call me D.

You can call me by my last name or either half of the hyphenation.

Do not call me by my shortened first name, I won't even acknowledge it.
