My 17 year old has plateaued about an inch under me. My 14 year old is coming up Fast on the 17 year old and probably is going to be taller than me in two years.

I still constantly remind my boys that I'll punch them in the throat. They still believe me which is good.

My buddy put in a formal Request with both me and the 17 year old that if my kid ever wants to fight me, he calls my buddy and gives him time to get here, and video it.

He ( silly kid) thinks it's going on his Instagram highlight reel.

I know I'm going to play it at his wedding..

We both agreed.

I dont know what my secret is. Heavy flow and low light. As soon as I notice them not feeling good (usually within a couple weeks of introduction) I move them to very low light and very low flow for a couple weeks. Once they are done being grumpy I pull them back out to the light.
