Issue With Chaeto

@AlgaeBarn I have always been a supporter of you guys on these forums but I have to admit I’m stumped on this one.

I ordered 2 OZ of Clean Chaeto through @Bulk Reef Supply and received the order today. I looked in the jar and said no way in hell is that 2 ounces unless you include the bottle. I don’t want anything from you guys but I have to ask is the 2 ounces with or without the bottle? Here is some photos of the weight and you can see it’s less than an ounce of actual chaeto-

Hi there! We do apologize that your chaeto looks like it stressed a lot during transit and did not ship well. When this happens macroalgae can definitely lose mass. The 2oz does not included the jar and is measured in chaeto or macroalgae only. I know you said you didn't want anything but that does need to be replaced as it arrived in pretty rough shape. Please send us your BRS order number/email/or full name associated with the order and we would be glad to get you taken care of with a replacement
