Is this a external parasite?? Never seen this before

Hi everyone, just noticed my convict tang has this weird oval looking spot on his side. I can't tell if it's a raised bump or not, i would say it's slightly raised, he's also not gaining weight. My Achilles tang has been beating him up for weeks since his introduction but it's gotten much better, almost no aggression now. Any ideas on what this is? I've also dosed one round of prazi about a week and a half ago.

Sorry - I'm stumped, never seen that before. The closest thing I've seen are bite marks. However, those are not perfectly circular like this. Bacteria often grows in circular patterns, but not clear in the center like that.

You'll want to do a second prazi treatment to kill off any flukes that later hatched from eggs. This isn't flukes though.
