I hope everything goes well. At least he got one good round in this year ;-), sounds like he's not golfing for awhile.

Well he's retired, which means he actually gets to play golf on a regular basis. He usually gets down to 90 by the middle of the season!

The doc said however that he can't guarantee that cracking the chest & letting it heal will improve his golf game. I figure that it might force him to have to re-learn his swing a bit and maybe break some old habits.

They're actually moving him out of ICU at this very moment. So that's less than 18 hours after post-op! Good sign

Thanks @revhtree! He got back home last week Thursday after 8 days in the hospital, he's on the road to recovery but I think he expected to bounce right back and it just doesn't happen that way with major surgery like this.

After getting the L2 scrubber with braces he custom made for me, at minimal costs I might add, online and working, product is fabulous, design is well engineered, and customer service is top notch, and will be following you with your future success is almost guaranteed with a winning formula and hard work. I would like to request to buy a L4 or L8 when available, thanks for all you do, thanks Garry Clark

Awesome Garry, I'll add you to that list!

I will start getting the part samples for the larger units in over the next few weeks, unfortunately they are sending them a few parts at a time so I can't put them all together and verify everything is good until I get all the parts, but as soon as I can do that I will be pulling the trigger on opening up orders.

As soon as I have all the molded parts in stock, L4s will start taking orders and shipping pretty quickly. The heat sinks for the L8 and L16 are going to be the holdup for those units, there was a communication issue but it got cleared up and they are expediting the run as best they can.

Sloppy ETA is the first week of July but we'll see if they are able to push it through faster, because that's smack near the time where we all go up to MN for the Independence Day week. Pretty sure I would be in the doghouse if I skipped out on that. Make that really super duper sure. But that doesn't mean I can't bring a load of stuff up there with me to work on, kids these days just sit around playing on their phones all day long even when there's a huge friggin lake right out the window.

Don't skip for us! Family is too important, even when distracted by freaking cellphones. Besides, it is too difficult to build scrubbers when you are hunched over and squeezed into the cramped quarters of a doghouse, particularly if there might be a dog in there with you. ...and product quality would suffer.

Go visit. Keep the kids aware of how important family being together is for you and for them. Eventually, they'll get it, cellphones notwithstanding. Realize, too, your scrubbers to them may be their cellphones to you during a family holiday.

Just a preachin',

Put me on the list for a L2 Bud. Looking forward to getting it installed on my tank! It's going to have plenty of nutrients to eat. My wife has a heavy feeding hand, and I don't have the best filter sock maintenance. But I can't complain, because she feeds the fish for me in the mornings, . LOL
