Innovative marine aio fleece roller. Help.

I’ve installed my fleece roller and now I’m trying to figure out the auto top off. I need help with 1. Placement, 2 if the water level drops from the mat getting clogged up while I’m away how do I keep my ato from dumping all my top off water into the tank.

Also, is anyone running 2 fleece rollers in the Nuvo 40 or any other AIO.

Placement of the roller should be in the first sump chamber. Once the roller is up and running, the water level in the roller will stay close to the top and only vary up/down by less than an inch so your ATO won’t affect in any meaningful way. The way the roller works is by advancing the roll when it starts to overflow, so it is always operating near the overflow level and a clog or end of the roll just keeps it in a state of overflowing with no impact to ATO.
