Identify my baby coral!

Hey guys! I got this live rock from another reefer last fall and ever since there's been something slowly growing on it, something which I am now confident is a coral, probably a softy. It's a very pretty little coral too! Mint green with pink polyps, such a score amiright? But I have no clue what species this cutie is and nobody in my local reefing group, including the reefer I got the rock from, ever replied to my query.

But there's more people here on R2R so I thought maybe someone here knows what my young friend is? It's been pretty fascinating watching it grow!❤️

Can you tell if the stalks are soft flesh or hard tubes? Hard tubes might be pipe organ, but I’ve never seen it in that color.
I think they're soft but I've never actually tried to touch it before. I'll have to investigate that when I am back at my house, a pipe organ coral would certainly be very welcome!
