I once set my account up to where I got a email when anyone posted in the selling forum because I was looking for some used equipment. The amount of emails I got was awful but it did help me get some used equipment before anyone else saw the threads.

Not if you turn it off. You can make it so you never get a notification at all.

And basketball season. Although I don’t really watch college basketball but there is an nba team which I have watched every game of theirs for the last 3 seasons without missing any. I wish I lived close enough to be a season ticket holder.
