ICP testing still in business?

I just purchased an ICP test through saltwater.com and then, upon receiving it, was told from a friend that they are no longer in business. When I contacted saltwater.com and asked how to get a refund, they told me that they had not heard anything about them going out of business and that they were still running tests until August 1st. I’m not sure what to believe because, when I went to their website, it confirms that they closed July 10th (2 days before I placed my order). Does anyone know the real story?

ICP analysis, correct?

Yea they were only running tests through July 10th. I had two final tests that I shipped to them on July 8th... I'm assuming that they arrived after the 10th but they sent me the results. I know Triton will test your water if you bought a ICP kit for a discount if this helps.

This is really frustrating then. When I first told saltwater.com that they were closed, and had closed before I even placed my order, they said they had not heard anything about it but could check. That’s when they came back and told me that ICP was testing through the end of the month. Now I’m waiting to hear back from them regarding who told them that ICP was testing longer. I need to just get a refund but I don’t know if they will honor it or not.

Just looked you need to purchase a transfer barcode kit from Triton and ship with the old test kit. $25 so 50% what they charge

Sorry, it was actually saltwateraquarium.com that I purchased from. First, they said that they had not heard anything about ICP closing. Then, they said that ICP told them that they are running tests through the end of August. I went to the ICP website and they still say they stopped on July 10th (2 days before I even placed my order) and there is no way to contact them. Now I see saltwateraquarium.com is still selling their tests but at a discount.
