i added some green chromis stupidly to my tank without quarantine and my coral beauty angel randomly died i didnt take a picture of the body but she had a very apparent wound running from the top of her head down to her front bottom fins, it was a perfectly straight wound. ive been reading it could be uronema but my chromis are what most likely brought it in and its been 4 or 5 days and nothing is showing any signs of anything that looks like uronema, from the research i have done i couldnt tell the difference between brook and uronema by looking at her because the looked very similar to my untrained eye, im going to link a few videos close up of every fish in my tank under white light close ups of tail fins etc, they are all eating fine and swimming fine one of my chromis is flashing against the live rock its not a all day thing it happens maybe once a day for a minute or two im here beside the tank basically all day observing it so i can safely say i watch it pretty much all day except at night for a few hours while i sleep. safe to say i learned my lesson about qt because if i gave my new tank uronema that would really be the biggest suck this hobby has to offer. all fish are eating fine and not showing any signs of lethargy they are on a diet of new life pellets, angel/butterfly frozen cubes, zooplankton, brine, small krill, and nori. water parameters are 0 amonnia 0 nitrite 5 ppm nitrate, its a fairly stocked fairly new tank running a octo 130. 125 gallon tank 35 gallon sump. heated to 81 F. any advice at all is greatly appreciated any help at all i am so lost as of now im new to salt a vet at freshwater but started with my own freshwater fish and just bred them to populate my freshwater tanks as all i like fresh water is angels gourami and platys. so qt stupidly slipped my mind. in these videos keep in mind i recently vacuumed my sand as my auto feeder kind of had a spasm and dropped a massive amount of new life pellets into my system so the sand could be whats stuck on some of my fish, or not, i really do not know. i also lost a anthias recently as of last night who did great for about two days and then quickly declined and started laying on the sand more and more over a few hours and then eventually died within the following few hours. here are links to close ups of every fish in my system. https://youtube.com/shorts/MRChBMJWORY?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/DIL925axIUg?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/x7i7w5rNt2o?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/rOfEEUShMeQ?feature=share tank houses as follows two cinnamon naked clowns one mud moray one smiths damsel 5 green chromis one juvenile koran angel (not staying in this tank for longer than 6 months or so) one firefish goby 2 bangaii cardinals and one arrow crab and a few hermits and zebra snails.

Uronema will often be raw with rash/flesh burn effect whereas brook - the fish will be covered with mucus at facial area and have dots mimicing ich , fasy breathing, loss of appetite and lethargic behavio. Formalin based meds will treat both conditions such as Quick cure or ruby Rally Pro.
Age of tank can be a reason for sudden deaths if ammonia spikes or elevated nitrate plays a role. Testing with Reliable test kits also are a factor should you be getting false readings.
Your diet not bad - add LRS fish frenzy is you can for total needs for aminos-fats-vitamins.
In the video, your anthias has a few dots which can be either ich or even sand on its body but its breathing is slightly elevated but not labored. Is that one eating ?

It helps us if you keep all related messages on the same thread, it gets confusing otherwise. I just posted there:

Here is a link to my article on uronema:
