Help ID’ing what is killing my fish

I don’t think this is velvet or Uronema. Most likely flukes. However, since I couldn’t definitively rule out protozoans, I suggested a full treatment copper/prazi to handle both issues.

Inter cellular Uronema is very rare in tangs, and the lesions are typically red, not white like that.

I just added a few additional pics of my yellow clown goby with the white specking. It has been 5 days since any loss, two wrasses, a clown goby, and a fuji goby are still alive. The Wrasses act ok and eat well (everything is still eating). The wrasses do swim in to my powerheads occasionally.

I treated the tank about 10 days ago with Prazi and did a 50% water change.
