I have a baby yellow eye tang currently in my tank with 2 clownfish and a goby. However, I am worried that it might get too big for my tank what should I do? Get more hiding spaces? Give it to my dad with a 300 g? IDK

Hopefully this isn't a troll post.

Give it to your father it will be much happier in a 300g tank or you can get a larger tank preferably 5ft in length for swim room.

I don’t think someone could come up with more obvious tang police bait without saying they had it in a 5 or 2.5gl tank lol.

We are feeding the troll
I think it’s all in good fun. I actually kind of like that usually trolling on this forum is light hearted stuff like this people can get a chuckle out of instead of just being toxic trolls like most platforms/social media.

Here I thought I was just taking the bait on some clickbait....Nope. Your dad must have some experience in the hobby having a 300 gal. I bet he has some sound advice, like don't put a tang in a 10 gal, maybe reach out to him...

What species of clown and what species of goby? Whoever told you any tang is okay in a 10g should not be listened to esp if its your LFS. You should def give it to your father asap.
