Most of them look really good in my opinion and I’ve had them ranging from 5 to 4 weeks the only ones that are acting up at the moment are the flower pot, Birdsnest, and Duncan they have only been acting up for about a day or two, but not sure why here are some pictures along with my levels, and my phosphates and nitrates are a little high but they have been stable and the Corals have been doing great for the most part I forgot to mention that my hammer has had some flesh recession. Do any of you guys think a refugeium what help with phosphate and nitrates and if so, can you explain the whole workaround of how I should set it up ( lighting, flow, how much and what type)

Overall looks good. the mushrooms are drooped downwards and may be due to excess flow or insufficient light

Will my Bird nest, Duncan, Goni be ok if it stays stable
Stable yes although Goni can get moody- Best is moderate light but they need flow mainly to keep waste and sediment off of them. A little manganese in the water goes a long way for goni

Sure thing @fishguy242
Looks very similar to my schedule i have ramp at 8am to max setting at 12pm run max til 6pm then ramp down to 11am darkness. I use to run a moonlight setting but in all honesty didnt really do much for me and i seen slight agression in the evening. Complete darkness seems to help all settle down. Corals are looking great....I have nitrates at 44 phos at 1.4 and I have great growth and acros encrusting rapidly right now as well as montis....dkh at 10 isnt bad I try and stay around 8.6 but anywhere from 8 to 8.6 flux is a day to day for me....awesome setup blastos lookimg awesome and the budding on the hammer means its happy...as long as things stay stable you are showing good growth keep it every tank is a lil diff.

Edit keep on reefin on buddy great build

Ok so keep it stable and that will be ok
- Goni can use manganese
- Duncan is probably being a little special this certain one for me is super finicky but always bounces back pretty quick
- Birds nest also just keep water stable ???

birdnest can absorb alk and CA but stable is better than actual numbers.
Manganese is Powerade for them (see below)
Duncan- forgiving but does not like high po4 and no3 and medium light and feed with mysis 3x a week

They look good. The blastos might be getting too much light, they umbrella like they when they do. I was just watching a brs video that came out last week about how they come from real deep on slopes and don’t need much light.

Advice on the zoas, leave them on the plug until you figure out their lighting needs. Zoas have different lighting requirements and will stretch for more light or umbrella if they are getting too much, when you stick them on one rock together, if one stretches for light it will block out the others. Once you figure out which zoas have the same light needs, then place them on a rock permanently.
I currently have my zoas on a rock in the sand. Do you think that is a good spot?

Perfect spot, looks happy.

Remember to turkey baster blast your zoas before water changes, detritus collects on large colonies like that and that is typically what causes issues down the line.

My main concern is the Duncan Birdsnest and the Flowerpot what do you think could have caused it and will they be ok
Birdsnest, for being touted as an easy beginners coral can be finicky. The picture looks ok to me - maybe flow?

What's wrong with the Duncan in your opinion? It looks good in those pictures - at least what I'm seeing.

Gonis are temperamental and can be difficult. They either love your tank or hate it. I find mine like a medium flow, very random. When it's too high they tend to stay closed or at least tight to the skeleton.

The hammer makes me think flow is fairly low in the tank?
